Welcome to the London Acers Basketball Club.

So, our 2009/10 season has drawn to an end.  The Acers had a great season with lots of ups and downs, we have lost many players throughout the season but remain as strong a team as ever.

We will be making lots of updates to the site over the summer, but to tell you a little bit about us we play in the Surrey Womens Basketball league and train on a Thursday night at Hampton Community College.  Along with our coach, Mal Gander (a very dedicated and patient coach!)  we are are often found 'talking tactics' in the pub on a Saturday night - a very important part of training! 

We finished second in the Surrey league in 2008/09 year and third this year. We made it to the final of the Surrey Cup in 2008/09 and the semi-finals this year.
